Listened to a ted talk this morning about what does it mean to have a happy life ?

It is really all about relationships. Apparently it affects our cognitive functions as well and lifespan.
It really resonates with the following scripture
““As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. You are my friends if you do what I command.

Jesus calls us to remain in His love. How do we do that ?
That is if we keep His commands. Simple hey ?.
So sometimes we wonder why we are not that joyful ? Jesus wants us to have complete joy, how awesome is that.
Do we look for joy in the wrong place ? ?
The greatest love there is to lay down ur live for someone.
I watched Divergent the movie last night and that is what her parents did for her to live. Dont we do that for our kids ?
The questions is why did Jesus lay down His life for us ?
For us to have a relationship with Him that will last for eternity. ❤️
Do we care enough to have the same love towards our neighbour, friends and family ?
