When God makes His face shine apon us we are saved. Make me think of people that has a near death experience, they always see this bright light and then have a total serene experience being in paradise… So if we do not listen to God we do not submit to him, so you can go to church and be all religious and not do what the Bible says and think you are right with God, but are you really. Who do you think you are fooling. God in the end give us what we want, if it is to be a spiritual man then that is what you will become. If it is loving the world and everything in it, then that is what you will become. So it is really easy to see what you love, it will be evident. What is my attitude about the weak, do I go out and help them on a regular basis. How would I want other people to react when I am in a difficult spot? Go and do likewise. When we serve the God of the universe we are His sons, and yes that does make us in a sense mini gods without the attitude. Sometimes God has to put us in a difficult situation before we cry out and seek His face.
Prayer for Today
Amazing what the scripture says o Lord that we are gods because we worship You and You are our God, it is like the scripture says the son will inherit the fathers estate when he dies. Just in this case You will not die and we will live with you forever. Amazing Dad that analogy of the rope on the stage, our life on earth is like the first centimeter and we want to fight and fuss over that first centimeter but we do not see the kilometer rope lying on the stage of life that will be our eternity. So we are really short sigted and dumb if we just live for this world. Help me to see Your face and really be enlighted. I did a seeking God study with my friend in Lephalale tonight and know if he decides to seek You with all his heart he will find You like your word says. Then he can live for eternity with You. I pray God that his heart will be responsive. Amen and Amen.
