What will you do to attain it ?
As for you, see that what you have heard from the beginning remains in you. If it does, you also will remain in the Son and in the Father. And this is what he promised us—eternal life. I am writing these things to you about those who are trying to lead you astray. As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit—just as it has taught you, remain in him. (1 John 2:24-27 NIV)
God promised us eternal life. Wow what an awesome promise. To live eternally. Many a time we see in movies that this guy is on this quest to find the eternal life or be healed eternally and that is what we have.
If I have the HS I do not need anyone to teach me, because the HS teach me all things. Do I pray that the HS will teach me all things. If I am in the Spirit God will lead me in the right direction.
The call is to remain in the HS. I need to remain in the HS, how do I do that ? remain – stay the same; remain in a certain state. That most probably means stay filled with the HS.
What is your thoughts on remaining in the HS ?
